Problem Solution
Cycling on/off

Pilot models - check pilot injector is clean and shields either side of pilot have not become distorted, these can lift pilot away when main burner has lit. If pilot is not sensed then problems will occurr

Condensing models - check the siphon is clean and condensate is running away. There is a new modified HT lead available that doesn't connect to the siphon sensor to overcome these problems
On for short periods, inoperative,cycling on/off after burner has lit

Check primary sensor, measure resistance should be 1k ohms hot and up to 15 kohms cold. Can also break down when appliance gets hot.
