Water Leak Doing Property Damage
Turn off your mains water stop cock ASAP, if you can't turn off the house stopcock or can't get to it, there should be one external your property.
Call a plumber, check your house insurance or bank insurance you may be already covered.
Burst Radiator
Turn off both radiator valves by screwing the spindle clockwise until it's firmly shut. You may have to remove the white smooth plastic cover to get to the spindle. It may have a Thermostatic Radiator Valve, these can be turned to off or frost setting. Important - both valves must be turned off to stop the supply of water into the radiator.
Call a plumber or heating engineer, check your house insurance or bank insurance you may be already covered.
